Contact Digital Versify

Tell us what is actually happening with your marketing and you will get a straight read on it. No pitch deck, no pressure, and no obligation to work with us afterwards. Most enquiries are answered the same working day.

The short answer

Email sales@digitalversify.com or message +44 7751 120915 on WhatsApp. Both reach the same two people. There is no call centre, no enquiry queue and no account manager in between — you are writing to the people who would do the work.

Digital Versify is a service-area business based in Gravesend, Kent. We visit clients rather than hosting them, so there is no shopfront address published here — the reason is explained further down the page.

Before you write

  • No obligation. A first conversation is a conversation. You are not signing anything and you will not be chased afterwards.
  • Same working day, usually. Enquiries in before 18:00 are normally answered the same day, and always within one working day.
  • You will speak to the people doing the work. Jasmine Saroya or Daud Lawrence, not a salesperson.
  • Bring numbers if you have them. Analytics access, Google Ads spend or current rankings make the first answer far more useful.
  • We will say no when it fits. If what you need is not something we do well, we will tell you and point you elsewhere.
01Getting in touch

How to reach us

There are two direct routes and one form. All three land with the same two people, so pick whichever is least effort for you.

Email — best for detail

Write to sales@digitalversify.com. Email suits a first enquiry better than a phone call because it lets you paste in the things that make an answer useful: your website address, the search terms you want to rank for, what you are currently spending, or a screenshot of a report you do not understand. You get a written reply you can re-read, forward to a business partner, or compare against what another agency told you.

WhatsApp — best for a quick question

Message +44 7751 120915. If the question is short — whether we cover your town, roughly what something costs, whether a problem you have spotted is serious — WhatsApp is faster than composing an email. Voice notes are fine. So are photographs of a screen.

The form on this page

If you would rather not open your email client, the form further down does the same job. It sends to the same inbox and is checked on the same schedule.

There is no phone queue and no live chat widget on this site, and that is deliberate. A widget that promises an instant reply and then does not deliver one is worse than no widget. You get a real answer from a real person, usually within a few hours.

03Preparation

What to have ready

None of this is required. Send a one-line message if that is all you have. But if you want the most useful possible first reply rather than a request for more information, these are the things that help.

Worth includingYour website address. The town or towns you want customers from. What you sell and roughly what a customer is worth to you. Whether you are currently spending on Google Ads and how much. Anything you have already tried that did not work.
Very useful if you have itView access to Google Analytics and Google Search Console. Access to your Google Business Profile. Your last report from a previous agency. A list of the search terms you believe matter.

If you have worked with an agency before

Say so, and say what went wrong. It is the single most useful sentence in an enquiry. A business that lost six months to an agency that never touched the site needs a completely different conversation from a business starting fresh, and knowing which one you are changes the whole first answer.

If you have never done any marketing at all

That is also fine and worth saying. It usually means the cheapest wins are still available — the Google Business Profile has not been optimised, the site has never been checked for indexing problems, and there is no tracking in place. Those are inexpensive fixes and we will tell you to do them before spending anything on ads.

04Availability

Response times and availability

Published hours are Monday to Sunday, 09:00 to 18:00. Those are the hours during which a message is likely to be read quickly, not the only hours anyone is working.

Channel Typical reply Guaranteed by
Email Same working day Next working day
WhatsApp Within a few hours Next working day
Contact form Same working day Next working day
Existing clients Within two hours in hours Same working day

Weekend messages are read. Whether they get a full answer on the weekend depends on what is asked. Something urgent affecting a live campaign gets dealt with; a general enquiry may wait until Monday.

If you have sent something and heard nothing after one working day, assume it went to spam rather than that you are being ignored, and send it again through a different channel. It happens occasionally and it is always a filtering problem, never a deliberate one.

05Services

What we can help with

Six services. If your question is about any of these, you are in the right place. If it is about something else — email marketing automation, print, PR, video production — say so anyway and we will tell you honestly whether we can help or who might.

Not sure which of those you need? That is the most common opening message we get, and it is a legitimate one. Describe the business problem — not enough enquiries, wrong kind of enquiries, spending money on ads with nothing to show — and we will tell you which of the six is the right starting point. Often it is only one, and often it is cheaper than expected.

There is more on how we work, who runs the company and what we refuse to take on over on the about page.

06Coverage

Where we work

The base is Gravesend and most clients are within a twenty-minute drive of it. That is not a marketing radius drawn on a map — it is the distance at which we can reasonably sit in your office when it matters, which changes the quality of the work.

Each of those towns has its own page with local detail rather than a swapped-out place name. The full list, including how coverage works at the edges, is on the areas we cover page.

If you are outside that area

Get in touch anyway. Search and paid advertising work is not geographically bound and we have no objection to working with a business in Maidstone, Bromley or further out. What changes is the frequency of face-to-face meetings, and we will be upfront about that rather than pretending distance does not exist. What we will not do is claim to be a local Gravesend agency to a business that is not in Kent.

07Transparency

Why there is no street address here

Digital Versify is registered as a service-area business. That is a specific designation, not a euphemism: it means the business travels to customers rather than receiving them at a premises, and Google asks businesses in that position to hide their address on their Google Business Profile rather than publish one.

Publishing a street address here while hiding it on the Business Profile would create exactly the kind of inconsistency that causes local ranking problems — the same problem we get paid to fix for other people. So the address is not on the website either, and the company details published are the ones that can be independently verified.

  • Company name. DIGITAL VERSIFY LTD, searchable on the Companies House register.
  • Company number. 15853406, registered in England and Wales.
  • Incorporation date. 23 July 2024.
  • Trading location. Gravesend, Kent, United Kingdom.

If you need the registered office address for a contract, an invoice or your own due diligence, it is on the public Companies House record and we will send it to you on request without hesitation. What we will not do is publish it as a shopfront address on a website when nobody is going to walk into it.

08Enquiry form

Send a message

Everything on the form is optional except your email address and the message itself. The more context you give, the more specific the reply. If you would rather write in your own email client, sales@digitalversify.com goes to the same place.

Enquiry form

We do not add enquiry addresses to a mailing list, we do not pass details to anyone else, and there is no automated follow-up sequence. If you write once and we reply once and that is the end of it, that is the end of it. The full detail is in the privacy policy.

    09Questions

    Questions people ask first

The eight questions below come up in almost every first enquiry, so they are answered here in full rather than held back for a call.

How quickly will Digital Versify reply to my enquiry? Most enquiries sent before 18:00 are answered the same working day, and every enquiry is answered within one working day. Email, WhatsApp and the contact form all reach the same inbox and are checked on the same schedule. Existing clients with a live campaign issue are answered within about two hours during published hours. If you have heard nothing after a full working day, the message has almost certainly been caught by a spam filter, so please resend it through a different channel.
Do I have to pay for a first consultation? No. The first conversation is free and there is no audit fee attached to it. Before replying we look at your website, how it is indexed and what it currently ranks for, which takes between twenty minutes and an hour, and that happens at our cost. You only pay once there is agreed scope and a signed proposal. Nothing is invoiced for a conversation.
What areas around Gravesend do you cover?Gravesend, Northfleet, Swanscombe, Dartford, Meopham, Istead Rise, Southfleet and Higham, plus the wider Gravesham and North Kent area. Each of those towns has its own page. Businesses outside that radius are welcome to get in touch as well, since search and paid advertising work is not geographically limited, but the frequency of face-to-face meetings changes and we will be upfront about that.
Why is there no address or phone number for a landline on the contact page?Digital Versify is a service-area business, which means it travels to customers rather than receiving them at a premises. Google asks businesses in that position to hide their address on their Google Business Profile, and publishing an address on the website while hiding it on the profile would create a data inconsistency that harms local rankings. The company number 15853406 is on the public Companies House register, and the registered office address is available on request.
Will I be speaking to a salesperson or to the person doing the work? The person doing the work. Digital Versify has no separate sales team and no account-manager layer. Enquiries are handled by Jasmine Saroya, Director, or Daud Lawrence, Semantic SEO Specialist, and whichever of them replies is involved in delivery. There is nobody who sells the work and then hands it to someone you have never met.
What information should I include in my first message? At minimum, your website address and the town you want customers from. Beyond that, the most useful things are what you sell, roughly what a customer is worth to you, whether you are currently spending on Google Ads and how much, and anything you have already tried that did not work. If you have worked with an agency before and it went badly, saying so is genuinely the most useful sentence you can include.
How much do your services cost?Monthly retainers typically run between 250 and 1,500 pounds a month depending on scope, competitiveness and how much remedial work is needed at the start. A single-location business focused on local visibility usually sits at the lower end; businesses with several services or a wider geographic target sit in the middle; genuinely competitive categories or multi-location businesses sit at the top. You will get a specific figure in writing before any commitment, never a range dressed up as a quote.
What happens if you cannot help with what I need?We say so, in the first reply, and where possible we point you towards someone who can. Digital Versify covers six services and there are plenty of things outside them, including email automation, PR, print and video production. There are also situations where the honest answer is that a business does not need an agency at all yet and should spend the money on fixing something else first. That answer gets given when it is the right one.

    Ready when you are

One message, one honest answer, no obligation either way. Email or WhatsApp — both reach the same two people.
