Incorporated 23 July 2024 · Page last updated 4 September 2026
Digital Versify is a digital marketing company based in Gravesend, Kent. It was registered in England on 23 July 2024 as DIGITAL VERSIFY LTD, company number 15853406, and it works with small and mid-sized businesses across Gravesham, Dartford and the surrounding North Kent towns on search, paid advertising, websites and content.
The honest framing most agency pages avoid: the company is new, and the person running the search work is not. Digital Versify has existed since July 2024. Daud Lawrence has been working in business and digital marketing since a Business Management degree in 2008, an MBA in 2011 and Google Squared in 2016. If a young company matters to you, that is a reasonable thing to weigh — and you should be able to weigh it from the page rather than having to guess.
- ✓Registered company. DIGITAL VERSIFY LTD, no. 15853406, England & Wales, incorporated 23 July 2024.
- ✓Two people, named. Jasmine Saroya, Director. Daud Lawrence, Semantic SEO Specialist. No account-manager layer.
- ✓Local by design. Gravesend base, seven surrounding towns covered with their own pages, not one template.
- ✓You own the accounts. Website, Google Ads, Analytics and Business Profile all stay in your name.
- ✓No lock-in and no rank guarantees. Both explained in full further down, including what we refuse to take on.
The facts about Digital Versify, and how to check them
Anyone can write that they are trustworthy. Very little of it can be checked. So this section leads with the things that can be, and the rest of the page follows from there.

The company number is searchable on the Companies House register, which will return the incorporation date, the registered office and the filing history. We would rather you checked it than took our word for it.
Why there is no street address on this page. Digital Versify is a service business. We work at your premises or remotely, not from a shop you would visit, so the Google Business Profile is set up as a service-area business with the address hidden — which is what Google asks businesses in that position to do. Publishing a full street address here while hiding it on the profile would put two different signals into the same local search system. The registered office is on public record at Companies House either way.
Why Digital Versify exists
Digital Versify was set up because of a mismatch that is easy to see once you have watched it happen a few times. The marketing that gets sold to a plumber in Northfleet is structurally the same product that gets sold to a national retailer. Same reporting dashboard, same monthly deck, same vocabulary. Only the invoice changes.
That product is built to justify a retainer, and it justifies it with the metrics that always go up. Impressions rise. Rankings for terms nobody searches rise. Followers rise. Twelve months later the business has a folder of PDFs and no clear answer to the only question that mattered, which is whether the phone rang more than it did before.
What we set out to do differently
Three things, all of them boring, all of them rare:
- ✓Report on outcomes, not activity. Calls, form submissions, bookings and enquiries. Rankings and impressions are diagnostics, not results, and they are labelled as such.
- ✓Give real numbers before you commit. Our published rates are on the site, and the reasoning behind them is written out in full in the Gravesend digital marketing cost guide.
- ✓Say when the answer is no. If a budget cannot win a market, or a channel is wrong for a business, saying so early is worth more than a signed contract that fails slowly.
None of that is a clever idea. It is what most people assume they are buying, and often are not.
Where the company actually started
The registration date and the trading date are not the same. Digital Versify was incorporated in July 2024, but the work ramped up gradually after that, because there were existing commitments to other companies that needed finishing properly first. Walking away from live work to launch faster would have said something about how we treat clients, and none of it good.
Who you will actually work with
Two people. That is the entire company, and it is stated plainly because it changes what you should expect from working with us.
What a two-person company means for you
The honest version has an upside and a downside, and you should have both.
If you need an agency with a twenty-person delivery team, we are not it, and we would rather you knew that on the about page than three meetings in.
How we work, written as commitments
The four lines below were on this page before as slogans. They are worth more as commitments, so here is what each one actually obliges us to do.
The fourth one costs us business, regularly. Somebody promising page one next month is always a more appealing quote than somebody explaining why that promise cannot be kept.
What Digital Versify does
Six services, each with its own page setting out what is included and what it costs. The services overview compares them side by side.
Most engagements use two of these, not six. Buying every channel at once is the fastest way to underfund all of them, which is covered honestly in the SEO versus PPC comparison.
Where we work across Gravesham and North Kent
We are based in Gravesend and work across Gravesham and the neighbouring North Kent towns. Each town below has its own page, written for that town, because they are genuinely different search markets with different competitors — and because publishing the same page eight times with the name swapped is how sites end up competing against themselves. That failure has its own guide: keyword cannibalisation.
The full list, with what differs between them, is on the areas we cover page. Work outside this radius is possible where the service is not distance-dependent, but local search is, and we will say so if geography is working against you.
If you want the commercial picture these towns sit inside — population, business counts, earnings, all dated and sourced — that is set out in the Gravesend business statistics guide.
What we do not do
This is the section most agency about pages leave out, and it is the most useful one for deciding whether to contact us. Everything below is work we turn down.
- ✓Guaranteed rankings. We do not sell them, because they cannot be delivered. Google says so in its own guidance on hiring an SEO, and anyone offering one is either misinformed or counting on you not checking.
- ✓Bought links. Paid link schemes are a direct breach of Google’s spam policies and the risk lands on your domain, not on the agency that sold them.
- ✓Budgets that cannot win the market. If a search market is dominated by national brands and the budget on the table cannot compete, we will say so and suggest where the money would work harder. A doomed campaign is worse for us than a declined one.
- ✓Every channel at once on a small budget. Splitting a modest budget across SEO, ads, social and content funds none of them properly. We will recommend two, and explain why the others are waiting.
- ✓Work we cannot measure. If there is no way to tell whether it worked, there is no way to justify continuing it. Tracking goes in first, or the work does not start.
- ✓Locking you in through account ownership. Covered above, and worth repeating here: your accounts are yours, during and after.
- ✓Clients we do not have capacity for. Taking on work we cannot service is how quality collapses. If we are full, you will be told, not queued quietly.
There is a commercial conflict worth naming. We are a marketing company, so we are paid when you buy marketing, which means every recommendation on this site is made by someone with an interest in the answer being yes. The counterweight we can offer is a written record of saying no — the agency versus DIY versus in-house guide sets out the point at which hiring us is the wrong choice, and the questions to ask a marketing agency guide arms you to interrogate us as hard as anyone else.
How you will be reported to
Reporting is where trust is either built or quietly lost, so here is exactly what happens.
| What | Detail |
|---|---|
| Frequency | Monthly, in plain English, with the numbers that changed and the reason they changed |
| Primary metrics | Calls, form submissions, bookings and enquiries — the things that pay you |
| Secondary metrics | Rankings, impressions, clicks and visibility, presented as diagnostics rather than results |
| Tools | Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console, plus Google Ads where campaigns are running |
| Account ownership | All properties in your name, with you as owner and Digital Versify added as a user |
| Access | You can log in and see the same data at any time, without asking us for it |
| When it is not working | Said directly, with what we intend to change and by when |
The last row is the one that matters. Any agency can present a good month. The test is what arrives in the inbox after a bad one.
A note on attribution. No analytics setup captures every enquiry. Someone can see a Google result on Monday, remember the name on Thursday and phone directly — and that call will not be credited to search. We will always tell you where the reported numbers are likely to be undercounting rather than presenting them as complete.
